Tom,

<<I'm sure it's not a matter of faith for you;you probably have some
information stored deep down that tells you not to worry about the chain of command question.>>

The chain of command is important and a good question. It is my understanding that when BD observes the testing for their sign-off report, they will strictly maintain the chain of custody of the dirt from beginning to end.

As far as the Pt goes; it is also my understanding that (as Kim has indicated) the Au and Pt are going to be handles separately. IPM is focusing on the Au first and the Pt second. That means we may have to wait longer than we like for the Pt numbers ... personally I have no problem with that .... if this dirt is a rich in gold as IPM claims (and as I believe to be true) .... the Au numbers will move the stock plenty.

The fact Naxos got some signed-off numbers from Ledoux lends some credibility to the claims many of these companies have been making for some time. Personally I would find it almost impossible to believe that this many people could devote years of their lives all chasing nothing. I suppose stranger things have happened - but that would have to rank as one of the strangest.

Skepicism in the mining business in normal ... I fully understand your position because here we are dealing with not only "is it really there" but "can it be recovered economically" .... these 2 elements combined with such things as the Timbuktu farce make situations like this all the more difficult to believe. I have had the benefit of meeting both the management and CL personally. Both are genuine and honest in their belief that this is what they say it is.

Now - all that being said far from guarantees success - the reality is that even honest people - despite lots of hard work and years of perserverance sometimes just can not make things work .... however IMO opinion the weight of evidence is just becoming too compelling to continue to ignore.

Obviously all of us must make up our own minds ... but the questions that you have raised are good - and deserve to be answered as fully as each of us are capable.

Good luck,

MB - IPMC
