Dear John: Thank you for your efforts and for reporting them back to this thread. Any bit of info is sorely needed. I did a cursory review of the Amended S1 filed on 12/10. I did not read it carefully but from what I could see it only included the "Memorandum of Understanding" reached with the Plaintiffs attorneys for a settlement of the class action law suits. While I am not an attorney, I have found through experience that these Memorandums generally are approved by the court . The cost to CMND if I understand it will be in the neighborhood of 1.65 million which while not overly large will in fact detrimentally effect the quarter in which it is charged IMHO. However, once the suit is lifted and PRESUMING the company can begin to give us some FAVORABLE PR. I would expect the stock to begin rising rather substantially in at least percentage terms. Would lnot surprise me in the least to see it over 6 quite quickly. JDN
