Ampex it to be the lead piece on the playing board in this new "Consumer Oriented" market direction? If Ampex is leading then who is supporting? There's got to be lot of "behind the scenes" on this one. There must be a lot of interested parties to this deal. This is not a home grown product or invention idea. Ampex is definately a front runner - another swing for the bleachers. Not so surprisingly, this is the model for success in this new cyber age. Innovation, brain power and out in front. Land, labor, capital - well these are also important but not directly in this context. The links are there but the new transformation mechanisms are not yet written. Ed Perry
