All, I think the key phrase in this laughable release for DCI to move for libel charges rests here: ..."Zwebner is accusing Dumont and his anonymous cohorts of colluding with DCI Telecommunications, Zwebner's former employer.... Collusion is a very serious accusation and I think this is where the line or demarcation of innuendoed hearsay ends and actual defamation without premise begins. I defy anyone on this thread or any other thread to find ONE post where any person from DCI management ever spoke in even minutely disparaging terms of this alleged victim. This travesty to divert attention and inflict damage to the progress of DCTC illuminates the fact that disabilities do transcend the physical. Onward, strong on DCTC...... George
