Starr coudn't find anything because it is true if everybody involved with something deny that it happened you can't prove anything. Lawyers know this but unfortunately Monica wasn't a lawyer and everything fell apart because she was stupid enough to talk. Do you really want a President whose judgement is SO bad as to get envolved in this situation? Is that the judgment you want with hand on the trigger?

Use common sense with FBI files. Why would you have them? Everybody said they had no idea who hired Craig Livingston. (All denying any knowledge of fact) Well he was there inputing these files into a data base. If no one hired him and he just walked in the White House then the President should be fired for derilection of duty. He was the one who lowered the security at White House.

How come you justify the FBI files by looking back at someone else. Did Nixon use this type of argument. Gee, I'm not the only one who did this and then release all sorts of information about former leaders.
Did Reagon with Iran/Contra do this. No.

By the way if people in Congress are being blackmailed, it is because they are being blackmailed that they are not coming forward. That is the only sentence in your post that, if you will excuse me, is really stupid. THat's what black mail is about!
