"Zwebner is accusing Dumont and his anonymous cohorts of colluding with DCI Telecommunications, Zwebner's former employer...." this is not a subtle reference to DCI. it is in fact a very calculated attempt to DRAW DCI into the fray! the reasons are multi-faceted: allows SWAB to argue MOTIVE of all these 'invisible' and (and hence penniless) John Does. Allows into evidence all correspondence betw. DCI & the Swab regardless of relevance to John Doe posts. Allows for possibilty of pre-trial settlement from DCI. The only party w/ known ability to pay is DCI. And on and on... DCI should ignore this whole thing to the extent possible. unfortunately i don't think that will be possible. everyone, BUT attorneys will lose. paranoia breeds "conspiracy "theories. he must be short a TON!! poor 'ole Swab. Fetch my Wingers darlin' this stock is going up!
