The company, through its 80%-owned principal subsidiary, Coyote Technologies (formerly Sattel Communications), provides scalable public network telephony and Internet switching equipment to communications service providers. Once a highly diversified company, Coyote (formerly the Diana Corporation) has discontinued or divested the majority of its operations, including the wholesale distribution of meat and seafood, telecommunications equipment distribution, and voice and data network installation. The company is expanding its presence in the network services market through acquisitions.
