Glenn Abbey: If and when you ever get to see another audited financial statement we will see how well your training in auditing holds up against a half century of security analysis experience enjoyed and employed by me. If you were not so wrapped up, in cloud of ignorance you have noticed that if half of what you purport were so and what my analysis showed back in early summer were not so the stock would not have declined steadily from the $1.65 level it was at to the 40 cent level it recently enjoyed. If the future fortunes of this technology were so great there is no way the people who have been feeding a steady stream of cheaply issued stock into market would have done so after each PR innuendo was foisted on the public. Even the latest release concerning the placement of stock at 60 cents a share took place some time ago and the funds are long gone. The announcement would have you believe that this was fresh influx of capital into the coffers. Big joke. Ms. Jane Hafker another of my old adversaries without the benefit your kind of expertise finally got the picture. Perhaps not until your hit up the side of the head with a 2x4 will you wake up to what kind of game your playing in.

Let me put it in perspective for those who have the simple common sense to understand it.

The largest contract supposedly issued to ALYA comes from a Utility company in Slovakia a Bankrupt country whose main customers are in the Ukraine another teetering country.

Not one of the Distributors announced by ALYA have contributed one $ as a License fee or advance for any installation of the security system.

No one outside of ALYA and its supporters have confirmed the Technological superiority or desirability of its product. Except for the Canadien installation there are no independently confirmed commercial and paid for installations.

Despite your claim of audit expertise you analysis of the ALYA Annual report is completely ass- backwards.

More than two months have passed since your "Letter of Intent" from Motorola's WSSD Division, but really issued by ALYA, came out. To date no one can say with any certainty whether there is any kind of negotiation in fact going on.

Not one outright sale of any significance has been accounted for even in an interim financial statement.

Not one SEC filing indicating an open market purchase of stock by any major officer or board member.

Glenn Abbey I stopped believing in fairytales and get rich schemes a long long time ago. Apparently some people never grow up and recognize fact from fancy. BTW Note the Day, Time and Date. Another place you are so lost it isn't funny.
