jp, sorry but it looks like I didn't read closely enough. Tmmi has until sometime in February but the outcome will apparently be a forgone conclusion on 12/31/98. Please notice the word "guaranteed" in Larry's comments. Here's the quote from Larry's post: "Oh BTW, remember if no financials are filed by Dec 31 (that is this year) we will be off the bulletin board by Feb. Guaranteed to me by a call to the SEC!!! (He also told me none are on record yet)" That's the basis for my comment. No filed financials, no stock price (except -0-). Without a marketplace, how can one assert value? How can one trade? How can one dream when the vision has turned into a nightmare? Arnie P.S. It is of NO benefit to us. But when has anything that tmmi has done in the past 3 years been a benefit to us? (Benefit is defined by increased stock price, not temporary bounces.)
