Wrong. A minority of voters returned Clinton in 1996. A majority of voters who knew the Reps would impeach Clinton returned them to power in the last election.

Sure, 1998 looks good to the Democraps because Clinton lost more seats for his party that any Prez since Hoover in 1994! Clinton is the weakest Prez is decades, more so than Carter. Inconsequential except for his corruptiuon and disgrace.

And the people want it that way.
