Dennis:

I have TC2000 version 3, Window on Wall Street Professional
version 5, and OmniTrader version 3.5. I also have TC2000
version 4.1.

I download data from Worden Brothers into TC2000 v.3 (TC2000 is
a product of Worden Brothers). WoW reads TC2000 v.3 data after a
simple "Merge" process (merge new data with old data). OmniTrader
read TC2000 v.3 data directly.

I use TC2000 v.3 for mutual funds, OmniTrader for stocks. WoW
is used mostly for testing scan formulas and systems.

WoW is great for complex formulas. TC2000 can not do complex
formulas, but it has very good speed for simple formulas, and it
can rank stocks or funds based on given criteria. I use very
simple formulas in TC2000 v.3 for mutual funds.

Most TAers in SI use Worden Brothers or Quotes Plus v.2 for data.

************

I also have TC2000 v.4.1. Currently TC2000 v.4 does not have
mutual fund data, but will include mutual fund data next year.

OmniTrader v.3.5 release 3 reads TC2000 v.4 data. WoW reads
TC2000 v.3 data only. TC2000 v.4 data can be converted to v.3
format.
