Hi Harry, Most pinks have no active market makers so therefore have no active bid/ask process. An order is submitted through a brokerage firm and maybe someone wants to exercise it or not. One purpose of MM's is to guarantee a specific lot and size will be executed at a certain price if the order is presented. DROM has no active MM's at this point in time so if an order is forthcoming, there is no guarantee that it will be executed. I have wondered if the trades we've seen the past few weeks were not anything other than MM's getting their houses in order...... Take care.... MH
