Steve,

Steve Chrust must gave a gazillion shares of WCII, and he didn't financially need to ever to go to work again before he joined WCII. He also has two teenage girls getting ready to go off to college, bought (I believe) a new home in an even nicer spot in my town and, it is tax season.

So, net net, I would not make ANYTHING out of these filings, IMHO.
