jp, there is no company so there's no organization to benefit or not benefit. And to me it's the ultimate signal that tmmi isn't/won't become a company. There is a point when one has to say it's over. With all the unfulfilled promises of deals, etc., the non-filing of financials, if reality on 12/31/98, is the ultimate unfulfilled promise. Did they or did they not promise to file financials? If 12/31/98 comes and goes without financials filed, that's the point at which even the most optimistic tmmi follower has to agree with what some pundit (Mort Saul?) once said about Oakland, "There's no there, there." I don't say that with any pleasure but... One can take the view of Congressional Democrats and pretend that nothing happened, there was no perjury, etc. but reasonable people know that something did happen and perjury was committed. Political survival is the reason for the Dems position, not principle. What is your reason for still "believing"? Is it a realistic reason? Does it stand the "smell" test? Arnie
