More thoughts They're not just trying to sell a factory. If that were the case then someone could take advantage of their financial status and offer them way less than what the factory is worth. The fact that they are in effect selling a printing business tells me that they will probably be able to pick and choose from offers. A potential buyer might think that they could wait for a chapter 7. If they did that, then there wouldn't be any extra business for the plant. I think that Golden Books will do OK. Russ
