Someone on the Yahoo thread supposedly contacted Philip G, GB Investor Relations, and reported that "it seems the dispute in 11/5 agreement was between bondholders and CIT.(over peripheral issues).they still have a de facto standstill agreement with bondholders without having to put up any collateral." It's going to be VERY interesting to see how this all plays out. Personally, I'm holding on, and actually am planning on picking up a bit more next week if we're still at these levels. Like you, I don't have that much invested here that it will hurt too badly if they do end up filing. JEM
