Elio, I noticed this site recently, too. Apparently BNEZ has paid 1st NetTechnology to design their website......I think this refers to the investors website (but maybe the whole website)......you can see the 1st Net Technology logo on the BNEZ investor site:

swcp.com

Anyway, an additional benefit is that paying companies will appear in this OTC Digest "newsletter." Here is the disclaimer from that site:

The editor, members of the editor's family, and/or entities with which they are affiliated, may own stock in and have other financial dealings with the companies who appear in the publication. The OTC Digest Newsletter is owned and operated by 1st Net Technologies, Inc. (1st Net) and 1st Net is paid a cash or stock fee of $20,000 to build and market web sites for publicly traded companies. 1st Net may also receive a monthly maintenance fee of $1,500 - $10,000 to maintain and continue the marketing of the client's website. Payments received are listed below for each company: Ben Ezra Weinstein & Company, Inc. paid $20,000.00; Inovative Tracking Solutions Corporation paid 10k shares; Las Vegas Airlines, Inc. paid $20,000.00; NuOasis Resorts, Inc. paid 200k shares; U.S. Microbics, Inc. paid $20,000.00.

I also wonder if Richard Geist's "Strategic Investing" has any affiliation with this 1st Net Technologies. I believe that both "Strategic Investing" and "OTC Digest" are available on the Investools website.....but of course that does not necessarily mean there's a connection. I just have a hard time believing that any newsletter (like Richard Geist's) could recommend a totally non-reporting stock like BNEZ. Now I realize the same guy was bullish way back when the company was partially reporting......but he (like the rest of us) has no idea how many shares are now out there.
