Well, Y2K won't go away unless its fixed, but some of the Y2K doomsayers say it's too late to fix everything. True, to a certain point, but what about quick, simple, inexpensive fixes like turning back system clocks? What about systems that don't depend on date functions, the list can go on and on and on.
Simple fix, turning back the clock to 1972. Now you have 28 years to fix the problem. courier.evansville.net
Anything posted that could solve a certain Y2K issue is flatly debunked by the hard cores.
People have an amazing ability to adapt, and I strongly believe this will be just a bump in the road. I sometimes wonder about the mentality of these hard core doomsayers.
If you read books, like Think and Grow Rich, The Power of Positive Thinking, you know, the books almost all very successful people have read, that has influenced their success. That is why they are at that high level of success in their life....nothing is impossible....that's a successful persons mentality.
In my opinion, I don't believe this mentality is there with some of these people. They think of Y2K all day, and only read articles to support their stance. After a while, if you live in that narrow minded negative world, you will become brain washed.
