Audited financials? Feedback from the company? You're dreaming. I've been following this stock for four months or so and information is scarce - to put it nicely. However, according to the IR rep - a "New York" law firm is currently working on the financials and should be out by the shareholder meeting they're supposed to be having in March or April up in Toronto. This same rep. mentioned they have future "indefinite" plans for additional financing so beware of future dilution. Everyone should call Mr. Beaudoin and try to ascertain some of the details of this additional financing. Right now there are relatively few shares (12 mil outstanding) with a float of 1.5-3mil I've heard which makes for very wide volatility, i.e. Thursday and Friday.
