Yes, but this is not a voting situation. If Clinton were accused of murder, would we determine his guilt or innocence by taking a national poll? The electorate elects it's officials based on their ability to uphold the constitution of the United States. If the electorate doesn't like the constitution, then they should vote to change it. Meanwhile, the law is the law. It's not a popularity contest. Clinton should be treated in the same manner as any other US citizen should and would be treated under similar circumstances.
