Don't bother wasting your time.
The only people who profit from shareholder lawsuits are the lawyers.
They take years to resolve, shareholders get pennies, company suffers from legal expenses and diverted attention by management, lawyers get richer. You'll get relatively nothing in a settlement, and most likely a lower stock price.
