LGCY did face delisting but this has never happened. They were, in fact, granted a temporary exception recently. The posters continued to state their misinformation up until the legal notice was given. And after, amazingly enough. techstocks.com I sometimes think Spidey and Rico are quite unable to distinguish between the actual truth and some sort of personal "truth" that happens to support their own (usually crazed) contentions and purposes of the moment. But I don't think they'd get very far trying to use that as a defense.
