I would expect results to be announced at the meeting, Will they, don't know, but that is what I expect.

While some on Yahoo have been able to paint this as somehow evil, I would love to see Cor Therapeutics or Ligand Pharmaceuticals change domicile. Why do I feel that way? Because the idea makes sense. Think about any other smaller company you own that is not yet profitable, has a low fair value of its assets and has the potential to generate revenue outside the U.S. Would you want to see them minimize the tax on such revenue? Or would you want them to continue to have a corporate structure which requires them to pay more? To me it is obvious. That is why I have suggested that those with open minds remove XOMA from the equation and see what they think of the concept when applied to another company. I suggest if they still don't like it, vote NO. But if you find the idea appealing, vote YES.
