Greg Kraft email'd me on Friday afternoon and asked that I call him regarding an access code for the COTS database. Late Friday night, I called the 800 number he gave me in the email, expecting to leave him a voice mail, but he answered immediately. That's dedication. It's good to see that.

While Greg was still on the phone, I tried the access code he gave me at the COTS login page. It didn't work. I got the same login error message that I have been getting since I first tried with the access code sent to me by the registration process. Greg called Rudy Rupak at home while I was still on the line. Rudy asked me to email the access code(s) I had been trying, and Greg suggested that I check my email Saturday morning for a solution from Rudy. It's obvious to me that they're working hard to get access for me.

It's now Sunday morning. I checked email several times yesterday. Still no email from Rudy. Still no access code that works.

I've noticed that nobody else on this thread commented on whether or not the COTS database was accessible to them. Note that I've only read the recent posts since I was asked to do the evaluation. Perhaps someone posted earlier in the thread regarding COTS? Or, am I the only one who has tried it? Have any of you PINC investors out there tried out the product and online site to see what you've invested in?

Just wondering,

TED
