AFFI has been moving up the last week, so the market must be anticipating positive news.

Your friend's working 60 hour weeks could mean more than one thing. Has AFFI reduced staff, increased staff or stayed nuetral in the last quarter ?

The fact they are moving into larger digs should be a good sign.
