Dave, Both sides have waved the constitution with their own interpretation, whether Censure is in it, and of course the big one, "What is a impeachable offense?" Everybody has their own call on that one... so it becomes a C.C. if it becomes nasty in the House. I honestly believe any judicial committee of the opposite party in majority could find an impeachable offense against a sitting president.. Remember, Barr was ready to impeach in 1997, I guess he thought he had something then or maybe just clairvoyant and I don't want to trust my impeachment decisions on claivoyancey by anyone of either party..
