Actually, you are correct. Americans show
surprising levels of understanding on many
subjects. In fact, it has been hypothesized
that Americans are polling "against impeachment"
because they know that the trial in the Senate
will fail because the Democrats are willing to
throw themselves in front of a train in order
to save Clinton. They simply want the Congress
to save the time and effort. Of course, I don't
think that we should start polling people and
using those results to determine the fate of
people accused of crime. I like our system of
Justice just the way it is...
