I have a general question to the thread. I have been reading many posts where people claim to have lost big on a stock (like ASTM) and then say they are going to buy it back in hopes of regaining their losses. How do you do this with the current "wash" rules. I haven't bought back stocks I sold for a loss (like DCTI) because the 31 days were not up and I would be in violation of the wash rule.

Just curious - sorry to take up the threads time with nonstock and nonClinton issues. Oh, and regarding Clinton - I think he should be pursued legally, but not while the president of the US - after his term. Why should the country suffer because he "lied". He didn't hurt the country or the government, only himself and his family and his perjury should be dealt with as a private citizen. To impeach him would hurt the country (not to mention the market) - it was the "crime" of a man - not a government official - and he should be pursued by the courts as a man after his term of office is completed. Just an opinion.
