JP, my understand is that those companies who do not file the proper financials and don't supply their market makers with sufficient company information as required by the new rules, will be banished to the "Pink Sheets". The pink sheets are not the same as being dead and buried but do make trading and accurate quotation more difficult as they cannot be traded over the electronic trading systems. However, you will find many pink sheet stocks with prices in the dollars + range. I am sure Mike and Tom are well aware of this deadline, as Tom has acknowledged it coming several months ago. I would be quite surprised if they do not make the deadline knowing its importance to keeping the stock liquid and the hassle of getting back on the electronic trading boards at a later date. Bruce
