You can get ISSM chart and quotes from
investools.com

and news and quotes from
newsalert.com

There is also an ISSM thread in SI under Misc/Five Dollars and Under.

Personally, I am optimistic with ISSM in the long run and think that
the current price is a good entry point. But if you are lucky, you
may be able to pick it up at .465 sometimes during the day.
