Seems like fraud. >> When Bush gave his lips statement that was about his future intent. At that time he was against raising taxes at all. Later Congress sent him the tax bill that he approved in a compromise that the dems later forgot. If you remember Bush lost the White House and was called a liar over that. Now when Slick gave his finger shaking hissy fit last January he was lying about a FACT. Fraud? Yep and he is in the White House now. Time to get him out.
