In a way Warren Buffet is selling KO. The deal with General RE is for Berkshire stock. So all those institutions that have General Re will be getting Berkshire. Berkshires ko position is diluted and Buffet get more insurance business and general re's portfolio. I was short ko but covered last week. But I still think KO is way overvalued.
Good Luck
Bob
