Someone should create a thread dedicated to unique law suits that won. Not any law suit, unique ones like the MacDonalds case. I don't think you would see any from Canada, I don't know why the US has all these suits.

Is it something to do with consituition?

Too many lawyers?

Why???

As a Canadaian, I don't see all of them unless I watch USA TV, unless the suit is a unique as the MacDonalds one, as that got nation wide coverage.

As humans, do we really need obvious warnings on everything?

Should makers of stoves have this:

WARNING, Placing your hand on a red hot stove element will cause serious burns.
