I see no reason why everything, could not at some point, become nothing. Just as I see no reason why nothing cannot become something- depending on your definitions of "nothingness" and "existence".

Far be it from me to try to go into the argument for the law of the triangle. Science can do this with proper study, but as I am able to understand, something is created by uniting two somethings which result is the new something. All content is just manifest in a different reality as perceived in a concept. (pretty lame example I know but I'm not a scientist, just a high school dropout. -ggg)
