The USA is a nation of idiots, as evidenced by the recent lawsuit taken against Starbucks. It's almost as if we want to do away with Darwinism by a system of laws. Nobody should ever be burned by a cup of coffee, even if they are total dolts w/o a clue to check that the lid is on tightly. We wind up with laws that bind the hands of business and increase the cost to every consumer.

What is even more disgusting is the fact that we allow lawyers to profit from it.

I believe that Shakespeare was correct.
