Guys, the purpose of my call to the SEC was to confirm the filing. It was not there! Why wait for the very last minute to get such important papers together unless they have no intention of filing. With the company on the pinks it gives them still a viable company without anyone to report to. They surely will not report to us in a shareholders meeting and now they don't even have the SEC on their back. The SEC rarely, if ever, goes after a "pink sheet" company I was told. jp and Bruce, would you both agree we would have problems if this occurs? Larry
