Sources who have a stake say AES is in good shape overall...so we should see some positive movement when the merger finalizes in March. I am satisfied that AES is making an honest and intelligent effort to bring together positive synergies. One would think that between Optimark and Decision Support Systems there will be high credibility for information technology contracts already in place.
