Best Buy Stores (BBY) is looking like a rebound candidate. This is a sound stock both fundamentally and technically. It has pulled back in price the last few days, which has been nothing more than retail stocks in general retreating.
Friday, BBY retreated to a low of 46 7/8 which was close to its 50 days moving average. From that price it rebounded strongly on above average daily volume and closed at 49 9/16. I would expect that in the next 3 weeks it could advance to its recent high price of $60. BBY has a good looking chart pattern and has a high volatility rating.
