He makes some valid points ... and some questionable ones. He asserts that HYSL "managed" EPS last quarter by reduced headcount. Had he listened to the CC, the first thing Stephen Imbler did in discussing the strong upside EPS was point out slower hiring was a major contributing factor. Right now, even at $27 it's trading at 16 times 6/99 estimates ($1.63) with projected growth of about 35%. If apps growth rate were to slow a bit I can't see it slowing to the extent that would keep the P/E so low. Worst case scenario I can see is if overall growth fell from 35% to 30%, in which case you'd still likely see EPS of $1.55 or so for 6/99. That should hopefully translate into a stock price above $40 by that time. Right now you have day traders having a field day with the stock.
