No he is not. Clinton is one man and unable to pass programs as he wishes with a republican congress. And who says we have an amoralistic generation? Crime is down abortion is down drug use is down. What's up is incomes the market and trade.
Want something bad look at a congress that looks to invade peoples privacy and ignore the constitution and the rule of law by trying to force out a president without due process or any semblance of fairness. IF Clinton lied his lies were no worse than Starr's or some republicans on the house judiciary panel who say they KNOW what the president may have been thinking at particular moments in time. How about Mr Hyde who declared impeachment could only move foward with bipartisan support? These are lies to the American people that directly subvert the constitution.
