My 2 cents.. I watch SCTI at work every day, and I saw that 20K go through at .20, but who got the idea that there was a trading halt? I did not see any indications of a trading halt. When a halt occurs due to news pending, the stock's bid and ask are cleared and not available. SCTI had a bid/ask @ 11 x .09 right after that and continued to stay there until the close. I do not think it was a halt, more of the fact that nobody bought after the trade. Or is there someone here on this thread that tried and couldnt buy @ .11? I saw no indication of a halt.. E
