I dont think the Republican faction understands the impact this is having in foreign countries and the negative view they have of all this. You said it very succinctly... Meanwhile, the whole world laughs at us, important issues are left unattended, the market could very well take a big hit, hostile foreign governments and terrorists are encouraged to do who knows what, and probably more negative consequences. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to predict who is going to get blamed and hammered in the voting booths over this. The GOP better wake up in time!!!
