And more important question, who is going to buy the chipsets if the ADSL cos can not get selling contracts with RBOCs? << BTW, the maximum upstream rates achievable by CAP are 64 kbytes/sec. Better than nothing, but not fast enough to be a internet host or for video conferencing >> 640 KBps is not fast enough for those purposes either.
