I make of it that it is a pink sheets stock and is prone to do crazy things. A month or so ago there was a day that a bunch of huge blocks went through without a + or -. I work somewhere that I can see what every trade is, buy or sell. I also can see when there is a news pending stop of trading. I didnt see that here, the bid and ask kept the same after, although right after the trade, the ask moved up a penny. It was 10x.09 before then and some buys went through at .10 before that. I think since it was a round lot, it was someone inside buying, or someone excersizing a right to buy or an oddity like that. I never see exact size buying of SCTI by an individual investor, this was not a Joe or Jane buy. I think the stock is undervalued, that is why I havent sold even though I am in at .07 on some shares and the stock was at .14 a few times. I think things are getting better and the stock has a history of running hard when news comes out. About the .20, it was either the most stupid trade ever, or a damn smart one. We shall see since the numbers are out on Mon or Tues.. E
