Hey Chief

If you are not suffering this problem...you are lucky!! So far everything fine with IE4.1 but we'll see........!!!

I don't know if luck has a lot to do with it. I did a lot of research when buying my video cards and motherboard to make sure that they would work with Windows 98. I found out that Diamond had tested all their cards together with most apps and list the results. They also noted if they had the proper drivers to support win98.

In addition, most motherboard's bios do not support your AGP video card as your primary card. I bought a ABIT BH6 motherboard because it had soft-bios which allowed me to change my AGP to the primary and overclock my processor without putting nail polish on the processor pins.

Hope you troubles get cleared up soon. To everyone else, it pays to do some research before you buy. DO NOT always believe what the sales person tells you.

Best Regards
KEITH
