Most of Nortel's Y2K work is being done in-house - they've had a conversion factory set up using Cognicase's tool for a couple of years now. Awareness of Cognicase's tool is undoubtedly due to Bell Sygma's association with, and investment in, Cognicase before it went public. I understand that Bell Sygma is handling some of Nortel's large legacy systems directly, however.
