Okay, time to talk about this, because in my opinion, it is very important.
we have 4 people of any ranking at AOL we can call into the depo's
1. I'm sure our first pick is going to be right at their Juglar vein and I would expect that to be Steve Case the CEO. You always want to put the highest ranking person on the hot seat and roast them for as long as possible and hopefully get publicity about it. Look how many time Bill Gates has been on the news for his lawsuit, people don't really care about the lawsuit, but when you put Bill Gates, 36 billionaire on the stand and SQUEEZE his head, the average Joe american loves that and I'm sure that what we are going to do. People love the underdog.
2. The second person, who's name I don't know yet, has got to be the Management Information Specialist, and this person would be the Vice-President or some title like that, this person will be the one in charge of the people that write the programming and software to republish material that they receive.
3. The third person would probably be the in house software person that is the connection between AOL and the information that they receive from S&P comstock, to see who's fault it really was and to see if wither company tried to have the figures changed within hours, not the 3 days that it took. THIS PERSON WOULD KNOW IF THE SOFTWARE AND COMPUTERS USED BY AOL ALTERED OR MANIFULATED THE SECURITIES INFORMATION FROM COMSTOCK.
4. Not to sure on #4, they might have to talk to the person that took the messages and relayed the information to their superiors that this happened, but I would hate to see us waste one whole depo on this person. The object is to get as much info out of each person as possible.
The reason for calling the CEO, I'm sure, is for Mikey to take it right to the throat and grill this cat about whether computer software created by AOL, to perform the task of displaying articular information contained errors to resulted in the erroneous info.
If he was informed that many small companies we hurt by this incident and to put him on the spot.
Why did it take 2 or 3 days to fix????????
Why have they fought this in court?????
Now, remember that there was atleast 3 other companies that were involved in the misquoting also, but they didn't have the kahunnas to file a lawsuit like we did against AOL, because we knew that it wasn't our fault. Now if the judge rules in our favor for a trial within the next 90 days, AOL is in the HOT SEAT, because we would get to enter all of the info that we have gotten from questions and depo's as evidence and YOU KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IF WE WIN, THE OTHER THREE COMPANIES ARE GOING TO JUMP INTO LINE AND FILE A LAWSUIT ALSO BECAUSE WE HAVE ALREADY DONE ALL THEIR HOMEWORK FOR THEM.
Therefore, it is my belief that AOL will settle before a court date or even possibly after the depo's, depending on what Mikey and the guys get out of these people. Remember, it is only 1 person with their lawyer during this, there is no way they could have all their stories perfect. IMO alot to dirty laundry is going to come out in the questions and depo's.
Now, as for this talk about how can Jack tell people not to invest in a BB company when we are one,
REMEMBER ONE THING, BNEZ WOULD HAVE BEEN A SMALL CAP COMPANY LONG AGO UNTIL THE AOL SCREW UP AND OUR STOCK LOST MARKET VALUE AND THEN THE BANK WOULDN'T COME THROUGH ON OUR MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR LOAN.
So that is the bottom line why we are still a BB company, BNEZ had everything in order, financials, Mm's in the stock, shareholders, assets, market cap, we were just waiting for the bank to close the financing and within 2 weeks of that we were going to apply for small cap status.
Bnez just got screwed and now it is time to screw back but this time with a RED HOT POKER.
