At this point the price of CS pretty much reflects the current operational results(assuming they didn't mislead when they "guided"). The question for anyone holding this stock is whether or not the company will get a new management team in. CS has a history replete with disappointment after disappointment. Of all the major data networking co's they have the worst record for stock appreciation(in their case it always depreciation). Take any period for the past five years and plot the top 10 networking co's. CS is always last...

Those results are a tribute to a management team that never learned how to control costs, has a five year record of terrible vision as to where the market and technology was going and has failed to react quickly or competently to their own mistakes.
