I like the stock because of its recent earnings improvement, and particularly because of its association with CACI. What it does short-term depends on whether these odd occasional days of heavy volume and big gains mean that something's brewing or not. Longer term, if the company continues to grow, it could become a $3 stock or better. Just don't count on it shooting up to 30 anytime soon; it's NOT a Y2K.
