Sorry, I don't agree. If you bid on an item on ebay, it's definitely at your own risk. I've purchased several things on the auction site, and don't bid unless the seller comes with stellar credentials. If you bid on an item being sold by someone with no "feedback", it's like buying a penny stock from a company that doesn't file with the SEC. They're both very risky...
